Enthusiastic and vibrant, Odile is a consultant in philanthropy with a deep passion for culture and education, two fields to which she has devoted the majority of her career.
Often describing herself as a “kind-hearted Robin Hood,” she has spent more than 20 years serving as a vital bridge between individuals eager to give and the organizations that rely on that generosity to advance their mission. Her greatest aspiration is that every donor, from first-time givers to major philanthropists, fully appreciates the value and lasting impact of their contribution.
From 2011 to 2014, Odile dedicated her expertise to the compliance upgrade and major redevelopment of the Musée d’art de Joliette, by far her most meaningful professional experience. This project confirmed her calling in philanthropy and marked a transformative moment for the institution itself. While the Museum building was entirely reimagined, the most profound change occurred within the community: public interest grew, a true culture of philanthropy took root, and many campaign volunteers remain actively involved to this day.
After 17 years within cultural and educational institutions, Odile now feels compelled to give back in a new way. Having worked with BNP Inspire on two occasions, she experienced firsthand the tangible impact of thoughtful, strategic, and human-centred advisory support. She is now motivated to offer that same level of guidance and care to other professionals and organizations.
Outside of work, Odile enjoys travelling with her family, learning, and discovering new perspectives. She nurtures her curiosity through the arts, visual arts, music, theatre, anything that sparks imagination and opens the door to fresh ways of seeing the world.
