Montreal, March 19, 2025 – BNP Inspire is delighted to announce the arrival of Isabelle Gaulin as Studies Coordinator. Recognized for her expertise in research and the advancement of knowledge, Isabelle is poised to enrich the understanding of our clientele and ultimately its philanthropic and societal impact across Canada.
A Career Marked by Commitment and Research
Isabelle holds a bachelor’s degree in literary and cultural studies from the University of Sherbrooke and is currently pursuing a microprogram in NPO financing at the University of Montreal. She has accumulated over a year and a half of professional experience and five years of volunteer involvement in the philanthropic sector. Her career path has led her to work on high-impact projects, notably with the Estrie Cultural Council, where she helped create and manage the Impact Culture program. This initiative financed artistic and cultural projects in the region through a fundraising campaign that raised $15,400. The program also introduced several NPOs to the basics of philanthropy and enabled three organizations to bring their projects to fruition.
An Approach Focused on Impact and Inclusion
Isabelle embodies passion and innovation in the philanthropic sector. Her career, marked by structuring initiatives, reflects her desire to build a more equitable world where solidarity and mutual aid are self-evident. Her actions have been particularly focused on access to cultural mediation, the promotion of literacy and access to education, which she sees as essential pillars of a democratic and inclusive society. For Isabelle, working in philanthropy means building bridges between organizations and communities, so that everyone has access to the resources and opportunities they need to flourish. She is convinced that this sector responds effectively to people’s specific needs through a humane and adapted approach. Through her role at BNP Inspire, she hopes to contribute concretely to the success of organizations and support them in achieving their mission.
“We are delighted to welcome Isabelle Gaulin to our team. Her vision, commitment and rigor will enrich our services and strengthen the impact for our clients, particularly through in-depth studies that will provide essential information to make the best decisions”, says Christian Bolduc, President of BNP Inspire.
Involved in several community initiatives, including Arts-Cultures Massawippi, the Estrie Book Fair and Frontier College, Isabelle has always worked to strengthen the social and cultural fabric. She deeply believes in the ability of NPOs to identify and develop projects that have a real and lasting impact on communities.
The entire BNP Inspire team looks forward to working with Isabelle and seeing how she will inspire, energize, and elevate our sector.
