A communications and engagement strategist, Carolji Forgues brings over 25 years of experience, particularly in the healthcare, education, economic development, and tourism sectors in New Brunswick and Quebec. 

Trained in dramatic arts at the Conservatoire de Montréal, she developed an early sensitivity to storytelling, staging, and audience engagement. 

Throughout her career, she has designed and implemented marketing and positioning strategies in both community-based and competitive environments, contributing to the visibility and growth of the organizations she supports. She has also played a key role in major fundraising campaigns, developing communication approaches rooted in communities to foster sustainable stakeholder engagement and consistent growth in results. 

She notably contributed to a 26% increase in revenue for a provincial healthcare campaign over two years, growing from $1.19M to $1.5M. 

She has also been involved in the development of innovative digital initiatives, including one of the first e-commerce projects in Canada, as well as the implementation of CRM tools in a high-end real estate development context within an internationally renowned resort. 

Today, she supports organizations in their strategic thinking and in structuring coherent campaigns tailored to their reality, drawing on a nuanced understanding of human dynamics, influence levers, and available data. She believes that the most impactful campaigns are those that, beyond clear financial objectives, bring people together around a shared purpose and inspire lasting engagement.
