With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Louise Lemay has over 20 years’ experience in a variety of philanthropic roles. She began her career as Director of Communications and Customer Service at the Fondation J. Armand Bombardier. She supervised a team of 15 people and directed communications activities as well as philanthropic, educational and cultural services.

Louise then became Director of the Fondation du Cégep de Sherbrooke. She managed the administrative, operational, financial and philanthropic aspects of the organization. Thanks to her leadership and support, they exceeded the objectives of the 2nd “S’investir pour la relève” fundraising campaign, attracted new sources of funding and strengthened the Foundation’s influence in the college and business communities. Her keen sense of planning and organization contributed to the financial success of the Foundation’s flagship event, the Automn’Art dinner auction.

Over the years, Louise has served on various regional boards and is currently a director on the board of the Fondation de l’Académie du Trésor.
