For the past 20 years, Marie-Julie has worked professionally in the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in philanthropic strategy, major campaigns, governance, strategic planning, business development, communications, public relations, and organizational management. She also has specialized experience in the healthcare and community sectors.

Over the course of her career, she has contributed to two major campaigns totalling $12 million in private investment.

She is particularly passionate about coaching executive leaders and boards of directors, helping them better understand the impact of their roles and responsibilities while strengthening their interpersonal and leadership skills.

Her commitment to philanthropy also includes 20 years of volunteer service, particularly with palliative care homes, Drummond Economic Development, and the Drummondville Symphony Orchestra.
