Patrick Matiowski has been a dedicated Development and Fundraising professional since 2003. His early success began as Executive Director, where he led a $6 million fundraising campaign for the Lake of the Woods District Hospital Foundation in northern Ontario. He then brought his expertise to British Columbia as Director of Community Development and Fundraising for the Langley Care Foundation, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to improving the quality of life of seniors.

Patrick is recognized for his visionary leadership and strategic expertise. He has played a central role in recruiting, orienting and managing volunteers and boards, as well as overseeing organizational policies, fundraising strategies, donor relations and media communications. His rigorous approach to research and data analysis has contributed significantly to the success of fundraising campaigns.

Patrick also excels at writing compelling programs and possesses exceptional presentation skills. His drive and strong interpersonal skills have been instrumental in securing major and planned gifts over the years.

Outside of his professional commitments, Patrick actively contributes to his community as a member of Rotary for over 15 years and of the Association of Fundraising Professionals since 2011. He also devotes time to mentoring young professionals at the start of their careers.
