Victor Drury has a strong background in the charitable sector. From 2011 to 2016, he was Major Campaign Director for Shriners Hospitals for Children – Canada, where he oversaw a $130 million campaign. From 1993 to 2008, he was Executive Director of the Foundation of Stars, the largest non-governmental organization funding pediatric research in Quebec.
Victor has chaired several boards of directors, including those of the Montreal YMCA and the Phoenix Foundation. He has also served on the boards of the Montreal Chest Hospital Foundation and the Canadian Centre for Philanthropy. At the same time, he was involved in politics as a Westmount city councillor from 2009 to 2017.
With a BA in Political Science and Economics from McGill University and an MBA in Finance from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration, Victor joined the BNP Inspire team in 2009 as a Senior Consultant.
Today, he uses his expertise to help organizations maximize their impact and achieve their fundraising goals through effective strategies. His experience and commitment to philanthropy continue to inspire and guide many organizations towards achieving their goals.
