Before joining BNP Inspire, Van was a Director of Resource Development and Communications at BGC Moncton, where she led a team to elevate fundraising efforts through comprehensive strategic planning and innovative approaches.
She also spent over 15 years in strategic development and leadership roles in global and multinational companies across industries including healthcare, FMCG, and manufacturing. Van served as Head of Communications at Roche Diagnostics Group in Vietnam, overseeing internal and external communications, media relations, CSR, and marketing communications to maintain and strengthen Roche’s industry-leading position.
Van has a proven track record of delivering effective communications and fundraising campaigns, building donor engagement systems, and developing strategies that helped organizations meet their goals. She has led initiatives that improved brand visibility, strengthened stakeholder trust, and supported steady growth in fundraising and engagement efforts. Her achievements include co-organizing a community-focused town hall featuring former Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, launching the organization’s first donor database and management system, contributing to fundraising successes, and winning two Public Relations and Communications awards in the healthcare industry.
