Montreal, October 21, 2026. The BNP Inspire team is pleased to announce that Frédéric Turgeon has joined the team.
Naturally curious and skilled at bringing people together, Frédéric has a multidisciplinary background in business development, marketing, communications, and partnership building. He brings nearly ten years of experience in the philanthropic sector, along with five years of volunteer involvement. Throughout his career, he has applied his expertise to organizations and projects aimed at achieving tangible results and making a positive impact on communities.
Building Partnerships to Create a Shared Vision
Frédéric brings his experience in strategy and revenue development to help organizations build stronger models, engage the right partners, and advance their missions to their fullest potential. He bridges the gap between philanthropy and the business world to foster more sustainable partnerships and raise awareness in the corporate sector about the importance of financial support for the well-being of communities.
He firmly believes that when businesses, organizations, and communities join forces around a shared ambition, they can create value that extends far beyond financial results.
His career has been marked by projects with BIXI Montréal and the Canadian Hockey League. His involvement with BIXI allowed him to contribute to a collective initiative promoting sustainable mobility and urban quality of life. His work with the Canadian Hockey League particularly resonated with him because of its focus on people, notably supporting young people’s growth, education, and development through hockey.
To date, Frédéric has helped generate more than $60 million in revenue for the organizations he has worked with, enabling them, in turn, to make a positive impact on their communities.
His commitment is also reflected in his volunteer involvement with Prima Danse from 2021 to 2025. He places particular importance on initiatives that provide younger generations with the tools they need to grow and overcome adversity, particularly in the fields of education and sports.
The entire BNP Inspire team is delighted to welcome Frédéric Turgeon and looks forward to benefiting from his business development experience, his ability to bring people together, and his commitment to building bridges between businesses and nonprofit organizations.
