Montreal, September 28, 2026. The BNP Inspire team is pleased to announce that Nathalie Deshaies has joined its team.
With a multidisciplinary background in business development, communications and philanthropy, Nathalie brings fifteen years of volunteer involvement, which progressively led her to dedicate herself fully to philanthropic organizations over the past five years. Throughout her career, she has worked with businesses, foundations, non-profit organizations, and institutions across a variety of sectors.
She holds a clear conviction: an organization’s ability to create value depends as much on its willingness to innovate as on the quality of the relationships it builds.
Contributing to Organizational Value and Impact
Driven by a passion for creating value and impact, Nathalie has recognized experience in strategy development, partnership building, as well as identifying and engaging donors, partners and ambassadors. Throughout her career, she has contributed to the development, positioning, and visibility of leading organizations, while implementing innovation-driven strategies.
After beginning her career in communications with major agencies, she led the complete repositioning of a technology company as Vice-President, Communications and Business Development at Ergonet/Sid Lee Technologies, a firm that notably developed the One Drop Foundation’s online portal.
She later founded Intrafic, a firm specializing in business development architecture for corporate, event and philanthropic clients, where she led a wide range of large-scale mandates.
Nathalie also served as Director, Communications, Training and Communities at Anges Québec before shifting the majority of her professional initiatives toward philanthropy.
Significant Contributions to the Philanthropic Sector
Nathalie has contributed to several significant initiatives, including supporting the McCord Museum’s annual balls for five years and managing two annual balls for the Lise Watier Foundation, each of which raised more than one million dollars. She also developed initiatives aimed at the next generation of philanthropists at the Lise Watier Foundation and, more recently, actively contributed to achieving the Chez Doris Foundation’s fundraising objectives.
A Sustained Commitment to the Community
Her commitment to philanthropy is also reflected in her many volunteer involvements. Over the years, Nathalie has supported several organizations, including Justice Pro Bono, the Eulalie Durocher Foundation, the Foundation of Greater Montreal, Le Chaînon, Academos, the Centre François-Michelle and Women in Governance.
