Isabelle Gaulin is a professional committed to research and the advancement of knowledge within the philanthropic sector. Driven by a desire for innovation and social impact, she actively contributes to structuring initiatives aimed at strengthening the impact of NPOs and promoting access to culture, education and literacy.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in literary and cultural studies from the University of Sherbrooke and is currently pursuing a microprogram in NPO financing at the University of Montreal. This academic background, combined with her experience in the field, enables her to combine analytical rigor with an understanding of the realities of the philanthropic sector, essential assets in supporting organizations in their development and maximizing their impact on communities.
With over a year and a half of professional experience and five years of volunteer involvement, Isabelle has contributed to initiatives that have a concrete impact on society. At the Estrie Cultural Council, she helped create and manage the Impact Culture program, which financed artistic and cultural projects through a collective campaign that raised $15,400. This program also introduced several NPOs to the basics of philanthropy, strengthening their ability to mobilize resources and structure promising projects.
A passionate advocate for access to the arts, education and cultural mediation, Isabelle believes deeply in the ability of NPOs to transform society and build a more equitable world. For her, working in philanthropy means building bridges between organizations and communities, so that everyone has access to the resources and opportunities essential for personal growth. This commitment is also reflected in her collaborations with Arts-Cultures Massawippi, the Estrie Book Fair and Frontier College, where she has strengthened her expertise in resource mobilization and the development of impactful projects.
