Rob Gloor joins the BNP Inspire team as a philanthropy consultant for British Columbia

Montreal, April 8, 2026 — The BNP Inspire team is pleased to announce the arrival of Rob Gloor as a philanthropy consultant for the province of British Columbia. With extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, he brings recognized expertise in governance, strategic planning, and organizational development.

Strengthening the impact of philanthropic organizations

Rob Gloor has more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles in the philanthropic sector, where he has supported organizations through growth, transition, and strategic transformation.

He holds an MBA from Queen’s University and is a certified organizational coach (COC) and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR). He is recognized for his ability to align strategy, governance, and organizational culture to strengthen the sustainability and impact of organizations.

Driven by a strong commitment to the well-being of communities, Rob Gloor believes in the essential role that nonprofit organizations play in society. In his view, these organizations respond to needs that neither governments nor the private sector can address alone.

He particularly enjoys supporting leaders and their teams in clarifying their vision, strengthening governance systems, and developing solid strategies that allow organizations to focus on what matters most: creating lasting impact for the communities they serve.

Notable achievements driven by a collaborative vision in philanthropy

Throughout his career, Rob Gloor has contributed to several significant projects in the arts and culture sector. Notably, he led a $4.5 million major campaign to modernize accessibility and infrastructure at the Kay Meek Arts Centre.

He also supported the North Shore Restorative Justice Society through an important organizational transition, strengthening its governance and financial sustainability. He contributed to the launch of the North Shore Vital Signs initiative, affiliated with the West Vancouver Community Foundation, to collect data on the issues shaping the community.

For Rob Gloor, the most meaningful transformations occur when donors, organizations, governments, and communities work together. He aims to contribute to a form of philanthropy focused on lasting change, equity, and community leadership.

The entire BNP Inspire team is delighted to welcome Rob Gloor and to count on his experience, strategic vision, and commitment to communities.
